We bought the apartment as a meeting place with our family and friends. We love sports, we like to walk the local mountain trails, we ski in Klínovec and we ride bikes in the summer. In the evening we will enjoy the pool, a massage or a stay in the sauna. We have designed the apartment in such a way that the whole family can gather in the living room, eat together comfortably and that nothing is missing when cooking in the kitchen and that the chef is not separated from the rest of the family even for a moment.

The apartment offers parking 150m from the house in a private parking space, which you will always find free during your stay.
In the basement there is a fully lockable private brick cubicle where you can store sports equipment or strollers.
Inside the apartment you will find freshly laundered bed linen, towels, and a basic set of mini drugstores.
In two bedrooms, 6 people can sleep comfortably, two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. We also have equipment for the little ones, including cots, dining chairs, changing mats and more.

The bathroom is separate from the toilet, you can take a bath in the bathroom, there is a dryer with a washing machine.
We have really taken care of the kitchen, you will find a modern fridge, a hob with a built-in hood, stored in a cooking island, so you will not be locked in another room or turn your back to the rest of the family if you decide to prepare a meal in the apartment.
The advantage of the apartment is a smaller balcony where you can sit or hang your washed clothes.
