Hello, we are the Schober family,
we wanted a quiet place close to nature for our small family, and Jáchymov enchanted us. We really like spending time here. Because we are really big athletes, we appreciate that we are in the Residence at the beginning of all sports and tourist routes. From the apartment, you are only 15 minutes from the Klínovec Ski Resort, you can walk to the spa, swimming pool and sauna world in 7 minutes.

There is one bedroom in the apartment, in which you will find a double bed and a high-quality bunk bed with comfortable mattresses. We really took care of the bunk bed because we didn't want a low-quality, wobbly bed for our children that would scare them when they were sleeping. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker.In the bathroom, you will find a shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine.

A big advantage compared to other apartments in Jáchymov is that the reception is available in the morning and the owners of the accommodation, the manager of Rezidence K Lanovce LENKA and the receptionist HANKA are always on the phone if they are not physically present. Upon arrival, you will always receive tips on trips, restaurants and local events for the date of your stay.

The plus points of the apartment are: a fully closable bedroom with a double bed and a really high-quality solid bunk bed, a living room connected to the kitchen, a shower corner and a washing machine, its own parking space. strong>, a brick lockable cubicle to store sports equipment. From Rezidence K Lanovce (our house) you can get to the parking lot of the Klínovec ski lifts in 10 minutes. For transportation, you can use the ski bus, which stops right next to our house. 150 m from the Residence you will find an ICU shop with a basic range of food, drinks and alcohol, drugstore, tobacco and magazines.200 m from the house begins the spa part of Jáchymov, where you can take advantage of the offer of wellness procedures, a swimming pool and a sauna mine. Several hiking and cycling routes start right from the house. You can reach the historic part of the city in 20 minutes on foot, after a 5-minute drive or by bus from the main road leading to Boží Dar.Boží Dar, Abertamy, Pernink or Plešivec are a 15-minute drive away, Ostrov 7 minutes, Karlovy Vary 20 minutes away.
